Authors Registration
At least one author of each accepted paper MUST make a full registration for the paper publication by
October 12, 2009 October 20, 2009 (Extended). Without a dedicated registration, the paper will not be included in the IEEE Proceedings and also will not be recommended to the journal special issues.
Regular full registration fee will be under $650 USD. Exact amount of registration fee will be announced after acceptance notification.
