Accepted and presented papers will be included into the IEEE Conference Proceedings published by IEEE Press (indexed by EI). So please prepare your paper using the paper format of IEEE conference proceedings. (US letter size, available for download here:
IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings).
